Shipping & Returns
Delivery time is normally 2-3 weeks. However we can respond to more urgent turnaround times if necessary. Please contact us if you require a quicker turnaround time. Due to the nature of bespoke manufacturing, expected turnaround times cannot be guaranteed, however we endeavour to achieve these times if at all possible. Please inform us of any breakages or missing items within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
As all products are made to order, we charge a minimum 30% return fee. All customised orders cannot be returned as they have been personalised for your order and cannot be used for future orders. It is expected that the goods will be returned in the same condition they are received by you. You are liable for all postage costs and breakages incurred during the return delivery.

Can I place my order by telephone?
Yes, our Customer Services team can assist you with a phone order. Please call us at +353 (0)47-86584 between Monday-Friday (outside of national holidays) from 9am-6pm.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Payment can be made, by credit card over the phone, paypal or bank transfer. If payment for goods is made by bank transfer, goods will only be dispatched when the funds are cleared.
When will I receive my order?
Your delivery estimate is based on your purchase date and your choice of shipping method. Once your items have shipped, we’ll send you an email confirming shipment and include all relevant tracking information.
I’m a trade customer, how do I get wholesale prices?
We are always happy to work with interior designers, architects, engineers or specifiers to help realise the lighting solutions on their projects. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll set you up as account and partner you with one of our technical specialists. If you reside outside of the EU your order is not subject to VAT.
Are customized items available?
Any custom requests must be requested prior to order placement and must be made to email@example.com. As we manufacture the light fittings in Ireland, it is possible to alter most of the products on our website and we would be happy to discuss any similar projects with you.
